In this article, I reflect and weave together my personal and professional journeys and provide academic insights to argue that the application of andragogical principles has the potential to empower graduate students. By transitioning from conventional pedagogical approaches to more adult learner-centered strategies, we can foster dynamic educational environments that not only support but also enhance the learning experiences of adult learners. Through this narrative exploration, I aim to contribute to the ongoing discourse on effective adult education in an increasingly globalized context.
